Build Interest

The project aims at improving the attractiveness and financeability of investments in energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings through the development of three different financing platform in Netherlands, France and Italy. Thanks to the mutual exchange of knowledge and best-practices, the most relevant stakeholders of the construction and finance sector will confront each other in order to identify and spread operational models and financial tools.

The project will set up a Regional Financing Platform within which to structure a permanent dialogue between many regional stakeholders, activated and facilitated through Focus Groups organized by NOMISMA. The attended results are:

• to define a strategic document (i.e. roadmap) where barriers and solutions will be identified
• to examine and revise regional policies and strategies
• to mobilize investments in energy efficiency
• to increase stakeholders competences
