Public notice: ASTER invites to register to its supplier list for the provision of services related to Cultural and Creative Industries

ASTER – the regional agency supporting enterprises, universities and the territory by fostering  innovation and technology transfer in the Emilia-Romagna Region  - is guided by the principles of transparency,  turnover and equality of treatment towards its suppliers. ASTER is looking for an economic operator interested in collaborating  in implementing activities related to its programs on Cultural and Creative Industries (i.e. analyses of European, national and regional policies and best practices, drafting of reports and documents for policy makers, moderation of meetings at a regional and international level).
Duration: the assignment will be carried out in October 2018. Specifically, the supplier is requested to accomplish the following tasks: provide support for the preparation of   “RegionARTS” meeting in regard to content and activities; moderate and participate in the meeting - which will take place in in Bologna on 2nd and 3rd October 2018. English will be the official working language.

The all-inclusive remuneration for the aforementioned activities amounts to 3.000,00 Euros - subject to tax liability and contributory duties in accordance with the law. Both organizations and freelancers, willing to take part in these activities, have to fill in the form on ASTER website (www.aster.it/en/suppliers-database) and need to specify the following product category  “Assistenza alla progettazione e accesso a finanziamenti regionali, nazionali, europei” (Support in designing and accessing regional, national and European funds).

Candidates are kindly requested to highlight all the competences and experiences they have gained in the Cultural and Creative sector:

• support in defining regional, national and European policies for the development of the Cultural and Cultural Industries sector - with, at least, a ten-year experience in this domain;
• research and analyses on the Cultural and Creative Industries sector;
• organization and management of initiatives related to the Cultural and Creative Industries sector in international contexts and participation in events as  experts in CCIs;
• participation in European co-funded projects dedicated to the Cultural and Creative Industries sector.
