ASTER is looking for a senior professional profile to provide a keynote speech on Socio-Economic topics

ASTER, the Emilia-Romagna consortium company for innovation and technology transfer, providing services to businesses, universities and the community at large, in compliance with the principles of transparency, rotation and equal treatment, as well as with internal regulation CO01/self-employment professional contracts, is searching for 1 expert professional to be assigned the provision of advisory services aimed at supporting ASTER in preparing public speeches to be delivered as lectiones magistrales and technical speeches, on Socio-Economic topics, especially regarding work, training and professions in a globalised and international scenario, public and/or private, for initiatives organised within Emilia-Romagna’s innovation ecosystem.

Duration: the services shall be provided in June 2019, during R2B - Research to Business, 6-7 June https://www.rdueb.it/rdueb19/pages/home/ at Bolognafiere, Hall 33. The services to be provided are: preparation of, attendance at and management of public presentations. The work language shall be English.

The fee for the requested activity is Euro 5,000.00 (five thousand) subject to all applicable social security contributions and taxes required by the Law. In case of a sole trader with a VAT registration number, the professional job assigned shall have a value of Euro 5,000.00 (five thousand) + VAT, while, in case of a professional that does not have a VAT registration number, the job shall be assigned with a project-based contract with a value of Euro 5,000.00 (five thousand).

Any travel and accommodation expenses - up to a maximum of Euro 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred) - will be borne by ASTER and are not included in the above mentioned fee.

The curriculum vitae shall set forth the skills and experience accrued in the field of managerial advisory services and specifically:

  • Several years’ experience in teaching and research on Socio-Economic topics within leading international Institutions, Businesses and Universities;
  • Proven experience as advisor and/or member of steering committees of leading international institutions and organisations;
  • Proven experience in writing essays and publications on international economics, especially on Artificial Intelligence and Labour matters
